My name is Terrelle Hartley founder of Hartley Financial Enterprises LLC. I was born in Quantico, Virginia and raised in Baltimore Maryland. I was employed as a Tax Professional for Jackson Hewitt Tax Service for 5 1/2 years, I volunteered free tax services to people in the Baltimore community for 2 years, before branching off and opening my own Tax service. As of 2017 I've been a self-Employed ERO for 3 1/2 years.
